Sunday, June 14
Orientation Day
Registration—Registration occurs between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. During this time you will check in, meet other delegates, and participate in group activities or a campus orientation.
Meet Your Leadership Group—After registration concludes, you will break out into your leadership groups to meet your teacher leader and group members.
Welcome Barbecue—Mingle with your new friends and leadership group members over dinner.
Opening Address—Following dinner, the academic primary leader will officially open the program with a welcome address that covers program expectations and highlights.
Monday, June 15
Challenge Yourself to Greatness
Introduction to Community Service Action Plans—Begin the morning with a presentation from the academic primary leader, who will outline the process for creating your own Community Service Action Plan.
Guest Motivational Speaker—Become inspired by a thought-provoking presentation that will challenge you to set high standards, and achieve them.
Personality Assessment and Leadership Workshops—Work within your small groups to define and celebrate your unique personality traits and leadership styles.
Teambuilding—Challenge yourself and encourage your teammates during a half-day ropes course led by trained instructors. Waivers may be required.
Student Leadership Meetings—Work within your small groups to discuss the day’s activities and reflect on your experiences in your program guide.
Guest Speaker: College Admissions Advisor—Learn firsthand what it takes to get into college in today’s competitive market from a local college admissions advisor.
College Life Presentation—Learn what college life is all about from current or recent college students who will share their secrets for making the high school-to-college transition a breeze.
Student Leadership Meetings—Work within your small groups to discuss the day’s activities and reflect on your experiences in your program guide.

Building the Foundation
7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens Workshop—Learn Sean Covey’s skills of the 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens during this day-long interactive and fun workshop with your peers.
Community Service Action Plan Workshop—Brainstorm within your small groups to narrow down your community action plan focus.
Student Leadership Meetings—Work within your small groups to discuss the day’s activities and reflect on your experiences in your program guide.
Evening Social—Relax after an exciting day during an evening social and on-campus movie.
Wednesday, June 17
Celebrate Your Community
Guest Speaker: Community Service in Action— Listen to a community representative tell you how community service impacts the local area and our world.
Explore the City of Boston—Discover some of the city’s most historic sites, such as the house of Paul Revere, during a city orientation along the Freedom Trail.
Student Leadership Meetings—Work within your small groups to discuss the day’s activities and reflect on your experiences in your program guide.
Thursday, June 18
It’s Your Future: Make a Difference
Community Service Projects—Spend the day participating in a hands-on service-learning project in the local community. Waivers may be required.
Empathy and Active Listening Workshops—Learn why the art of empathetic and active listening is so important during this interactive workshop within your small groups.
Create a Personal Action Plan—Take time today to further develop your community action plan.
Friday, June 19
Leadership Action Project
Final Preparation for Presentations—Make last-minute preparations for action plan presentations.
Action Plan Presentations—Present your group or individual action plan in front of your peers.
Credit Evaluation With Leader—Meet one-on-one with your teacher leader following the presentations to evaluate your program participation and final project.
Closing Banquet and Dance—Celebrate a job well done with your new friends during a closing banquet and dance.
